The Three Foundations of Existence

 

Anatta, anicca, and dukkha. One lacks wisdom until no-self, impermanence, and suffering/unsatisfactoriness are realized, i.e., experienced, in meditation.

However, one can be wise and still not see dependent origination, the realization of which is Buddhahood.
